Holistic Management Retreat
This is our “signature” programme supporting managers/leaders in varied aspects of their important work or private projects.
You do not need to go through the whole series. You may just try one first or pick the one that is the most relevant for you. Wonder why you should pick us, why this will be a totally different experience?
Pre-assessment
We assess your suitability for the course first. Yes, we built this course to earn money but getting a result for you is more important to us. That is what motivates us. When you decide to enrol, we will talk to you first and discuss your expectations, your current level of expertise and your reasons “why”. We will be honest with you and if we feel that we cannot deliver, we will either recommend a different approach or simply agree on going our separate ways. Yes, we are serious! And no, there is no point in wasting your time and money.
If applicable (that is if someone else is paying for your course)*, we will also talk to you manager or sponsor and find out their expectations.
Individual Mentoring
During each module, you will get individual sessions with the tutors. If there are issues or questions too personal to discuss in front of others, this is your time. We will also give you an honest feedback on your performance at the course.
This mentoring is not limited to the technical part of the programme. You may choose to talk about your personal development or your physical/mental fitness.
Practical, Real Life
Each module of the series is build in such a way that you spend most of the time doing what you are learning. We will send you some study materials first, and sure, we will talk some theory but we will focus on practical exercise, role playing and real life situations’ simulations. This will be your “on-the-job learning” experience.
If you wish, we may also incorporate your real life issues into the training so that you will leave the training with real, applicable results.
Post-assessment
After the course, you will receive a feedback from your tutor(s) and/or other participants. This will give you a great opportunity to learn how you were doing and how you are perceived by others.
You will decide what format of feedback will be used. You may receive your feedback in a one-on-one session or a group meeting with selected individuals who participated in the training (instructors and/or other participants).
If applicable*, we will provide the assessment of your performance to your manager or sponsor with our recommendations on your future personal development.
12 Months of Support
You will not be alone after you have finished the training. Every month for the whole year after the training you will have a free webinar with all the other people who attended the same module. This will give you the opportunity to discuss your progress with your tutors and get ideas about what other people in similar roles are doing.
Superb Environment
You will learn in an environment that enhances the learning experience for you, where you will feel comfortable and looked after. And above all, where you will not be distracted and where you can fully focus on yourself and your goals. During our courses you do not need to worry about food, accommodation, exercise, meditation or entertainment for that matter. It will all be arranged for you.
Body-Mind-Spirit Add-on
You can only be a brilliant leader of others or of your life if you look after yourself. With that in mind, all our Holistic Management Retreat courses include short sessions designed to support your wellbeing - your physical/mental strength, your energy, endurance and state of mind.
