Eva Hernandezova is a Czech writer and artist who creates (painting and writing) under the pseudonym “Eva Ova” (with her surname abbreviated to the last three letters). She started writing very early in her life. Since her childhood, she has been reading a lot. Her desire for self-expression has been growing over the years. The paths of her creative work were not direct; she lived abroad for some time, and due to a language barrier, she focused on painting rather than her writing. Later on, as it happens, she was more involved with her growing family. She also worked as a high school teacher and later on as a gallery owner. All these circumstances were dividing her activities into a wide disparate spectrum. Nevertheless, creative work has been an indispensable part of her and it always found its way to the surface.
